Biography 

Chemical Engineer, born in Naples, Italy, graduated at Federico II University in Naples, with 30+ years of experience in the automotive glass industry (since 1995). Innovation driver in process & product development 

Spent 25 years at Pilkington/NSG Group, always within the Engineering division. From 2004, served as Director of Automotive Engineering for the Group. From 2015, appointed member of the Board of Pilkington Italia and Senior Executive of the NSG Group, leading the development of new technologies and overseeing the implementation of new production lines and plants worldwide.

Joined AGP in 2021, as Director of R&D Engineering, where he is the inventor of the AGS (Automotive Glass System) and IBF furnaces.
