Sisecam, a global player in the fields of glass and chemicals industries, hosted the leading representatives of global glass industry at the thirty-seventh Sisecam International Glass Conference. The future and the endless development opportunities of glass were discussed at the hybrid conference, held in Istanbul from November 17 to 18. The conference, held with the theme of “Celebrating the International Year of Glass”, attracted great attention from the industry.

Şişecam, the only global player in all core areas of glass, hosted the leading names of the world glass industry at the 36th Şişecam Glass Symposium with the theme “Glass is Future”. The digital Symposium which was held with the participation of 608 glass professionals attracted great attention from students, academicians, industry professionals and scientists. The future, sustainability and new technologies of the industry was discussed during the Symposium.

The 31st "glass symposium" organized by Şişecam Group was held with a total of 313 participants including 67 academicians from 20 universities in Turkey and abroad.
